Do you have outdoor venues?

Yes, both our Vineyard Terrace and our Vineyard Garden are
beautiful outdoor event areas.

Can you accommodate both our Ceremony and Reception?

We can accommodate Ceremonies and Receptions for up to 600 guests.

Do my guests have to stay at the Resort in order to have our event there?

It is not a requirement that your guests stay at our beautiful Resort, however we do offer packages and group rates for those who choose to stay with us.

What are you hours of events/cut-off times?

Events are quoted on a five hour time period and Weddings can be scheduled over the hours of 11am - 4pm and 6pm to 11pm. An overtime charge will be imposed for events exceeding 5 hours.

Can we bring in our own wines?

We suggest that guest select from our award winning Wine List however we do have a Corkage which your Catering Manager will be happy to discuss.

Can we bring in our own Caterer?

The Meritage Resort at Napa will provide you with a full service catering team. Our award winning Chef, Jeffrey Longenecker, has designed an extensive selection of Catered Menus.

Do you cater off-site?

Yes, we have a variety of off-site locations where we can cater to your group. Please inquire with you Catering Manager.

Do you have a list of Preferred Vendors?

We have carefully selected a list of Preferred Vendors that we have associated with based on their quality and professionalism.

Is you chef flexible with menu requests?

Yes, Chef Longenecker and our Catering Team will develop a unique experience.

Do you require us to have a Wedding Planner?

A Wedding Planner is not a requirement. However we can provide you with recommendations of a number of professional Wedding Planners if you so desire.
