Trinitas Tasting Room

Open seven days a week, the Trinitas Tasting Room allows guests to experience wines from Trinitas Cellars of Napa Valley in the dramatic, richly appointed bar, located in the Estate Cave.

The cave itself took 18 months to bore, plumb and construct. Besides Trinitas Cellars, the cave also houses the award-winning Spa Terra - the only luxury spa in the US located in a cave - and an Entertainment Cave seating up to 240 guests. The beautiful natural stone and dark woods combined with Old World Florentine architecture and furnishings, offers guests an environment unlike any other.

Experience Trinitas Cellars

Trinitas Cellars of Napa is about a lifestyle, and translates that by turning out exceptional, hand-crafted wines from some of the oldest vineyards in Northern California and integrating a passion for the noble Bordeaux grapes.  Trinitas wines are vinted and bottled at Sonoma Wine Company in Napa County. 

This partnership with Sonoma Wine Company provides veteran winemaker, Kevin Mills, with some of the finest winemaking technology and traditions in Napa Valley.

Guests to Trinitas Cellars can indulge in custom flights of Trinitas wine,  Red Wine and Artisan Chocolate pairings, or simply picking up a bottle to enjoy with dinner in Siena Restaurant.  Wine purchased from Trinitas can be enjoyed in Siena with no corkage.  Shop for the perfect wine country gifts or pick up a bottle of wine and cheese for a picnic near the iconic “Grape Crusher” statue in the seven-acre Estate Vineyard above the cave. 

If you just cannot get enough of Trinitas wines, the Trinitas Wine Society will provide you with a quarterly shipment, and registration is free!

The Trinitas Tasting Room is open daily from 11 a.m.-7 p.m.

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon

Our 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon boasts distinctive flavors of which were heightened with the 2007 growing season. Deep and concentrated with balance and structure.

2009 Pinot Noir

The aroma will let you believe you are about to indulge in a glass of chocolate covered cherries. Rich, spiced black fruit, plum, and cherry are integrated with hints of vanilla, sweet tobacco, and smoke. As the wine opens, it becomes brighter with beautiful red fruit flavors enhanced by accents of vanilla, clove and toasty oak with a long and rich finish.
