In his nearly 25-year career, Chef Mike has taken various chef positions at four and five star resorts in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Arizona, Louisiana, Maui, Utah and throughout California.
Each dinner starts with a taste of Prosecco and each plate is prepared fresh from local organic farms with farm-raised beef, artisan cheeses and more.
