Siena, The Meritage Resort and Spa's signature restaurant, recently welcomed Executive Chef Michael Collins. Chef Mike has created a menu that provides exquisite flavors for every palate. Many ingredients are sourced locally and dishes blend both Italian and Californian influences.

In his nearly 25-year career, Chef Mike has taken various chef positions at four and five star resorts in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Arizona, Louisiana, Maui, Utah and throughout California.

Each dinner starts with a taste of Prosecco and each plate is prepared fresh from local organic farms with farm-raised beef, artisan cheeses and more.

Siena is open daily to resort guests and the public for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant also serves brunch on Sunday’s.
