Expanded Rooms and Services at Spa Terra

Imagine yourself in peaceful, serene setting. Imagine yourself completely relaxed with your mother, friend or spouse. Now stop imagining. Imagination can become reality when you visit The Meritage Resort and Spa Terra.

Spa Terra is located directly behind the resort and below the vineyards in a 2,000 foot Estate Wine Cave. Spa guests, those tasting wines at Trinitas or those attending an event in the Entertainment Cave can all experience this true Napa Valley treasure.

The spa has grown to include two new couple's treatment rooms. In addition to the new spaces, the spa now also offers brush body scrubs, which use a dry brush instead of a wet treatment. Or, if you are interested in an organic experience, you can now have the herbal compress massage at Spa Terra. Hot compresses with organic, fresh herbs massage your joints into pure relaxation for 80 minutes.

Napa's New Visitor Center

Whether you've been coming to Napa for years or you're visiting for the first time, the new visitors' center should be one of your first stops. Located in the heart of Downtown Napa, the center has all of the information and insight you need to create a memorable adventure. The new center features photographs of the Napa Valley taken by renowned local photographer, Chuck O'Rear, an 8x4-foot topographical map exhibit of the Napa Valley showcasing the lay of the land and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Visitors can also take advantage of the new "Visit Napa Valley" iPhone application featuring more than 2,000 points of interest on one of the new center's six public iPads. Auction Napa Valley

Auction Napa Valley is the most successful charity wine auction in the world. Since its inception in 1981, it has given nearly $100 million to scores of nonprofit programs supporting health care for children, housing and education. The Napa Valley Vintners hosts this annual fundraiser, which has grown into a four-day celebration of wine, food and fundraising held the first weekend in June. This year the event will take place from June 2 to June 5. Ticket prices range from $350 for a single event ticket to $2,500 for an all-inclusive event passport.
