What's the biggest event you can hold?

Our Grand Salon is the largest event space in the Napa Valley and can accommodate events for up to 1,000 guests.

Tell me about the Estate Wine Cave, how many guests can you accommodate?

The Estate Wine Cave is a beautiful Entertainment Cave that can hold wedding ceremonies, wine education, tastings or corporate dinners for up to 240 guests.  The Entertainment Cave is the only cave of its kind, created specifically for special events.

 What is the largest peak night group block you can accommodate?

We can accommodate group blocks of up to 200 rooms per night, depending on lead time, season and availability.

Can you accommodate breakout meetings?

We have the ability to accommodate up to 14 breakout meetings.

Does your meeting space feature natural lighting?

Our Grand Salon and our Executive Boardrooms all feature natural lighting.

What are your traditional need periods?

Traditionally the months of December, January and February are the most significant need periods.

Do you provide a full service Catering and Conference Services Department?

The Meritage Resort at Napa provides a full service Catering and Conference Services team. Our award winning Executive Chef has designed an extensive selection of Catered Menus for your review.

Do you provide Audio Visual Equipment?

We have a full range of Audio Visual Equipment available to you along with onsite technical expertise.

Do you co-ordinate Group Transportation needs?

We are pleased to work with very experienced local transportation providers to provide our guests with everything from Airport Transfers, Sedan Car transportation and Charter Coach hires.

Do you have outdoor venues?

Yes, our Vineyard Terrace offers a wonderful venue for beautiful outdoor events.

Do you cater off-site?

Yes, we have a variety of off-site locations including wineries where we can cater to your group. Please inquire with your Catering Manager.

The resort is pristine, the rooms are comfortable, and the bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud! "My wife and I had four nice days at the Meritage, while I was attending a conference there. This is a relatively new, comprehensive property that is far from "cookie cutter". We had a nice sized room overlooking vineyards; the bed was very comfortable and all expected amenities, including free wireless, were provided. We especially enjoyed the hotel bar, where items from Siena, the resort restaurant are served. The staff was helpful, and we had no issues during the stay.

The meeting facilities were quite good for the type of conference I attended (about 200 persons). The conference center is adjacent to the Vineyard Terrace and pool, where we had perfectly delicious seated lunches. I'd be happy to return for a meeting here, or to have a hand in scheduling one here."
